Zero Tolerance

Anti-Spam Policy

Last Updated: May 2026

Autoware strictly enforces a zero-tolerance policy against spam. Our system is designed for businesses to communicate with opted-in customers, not for unsolicited bulk marketing.

1. What Constitutes Spam?

  • Sending messages to numbers that have not explicitly agreed to receive communications from your business.
  • Sending abusive, harassing, or illegal content.
  • Ignoring user "STOP" or "Unsubscribe" requests. (Note: Autoware has a built-in Blacklist feature to handle opt-outs automatically).

2. Mandatory Opt-In Policy

You must obtain clear, explicit consent from users before importing their CSV data into our bulk messaging system. Purchasing databases or scraping numbers from the internet is strictly prohibited.

3. Account Ban Consequences

If our automated systems or manual reviews detect spam behavior, your Autoware account will be permanently banned without any refund. Finger Pe Rajcom Private Limited reserves the right to report illegal spamming activities to relevant authorities.
