Refund Policy

At Autoware, we strive to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. However, due to the digital nature of our SaaS infrastructure and API costs, our refund policy is strictly defined.

1. 7-Day Refund Condition

You are eligible for a full refund within the first 7 days of your initial purchase IF you have not consumed more than 10% of your allocated monthly limits (Bulk Messages or AI Replies) and encounter a critical technical bug that our support team cannot resolve.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Your WhatsApp number gets banned due to spamming or violating Meta's policies.
  • You change your mind after successfully using the service for more than 7 days.
  • Renewal payments for monthly or yearly subscriptions that were not canceled before the billing date.

3. Requesting a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please email support@autoware.rajcom.in with your registered email and transaction ID. Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
